Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TotMaiSus, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using TotMaiSus for your family, you accept these terms on behalf of your household. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

• You must be an adult to create a parent or tutor account.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Staff and tutor accounts must use multi-factor authentication.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

A parent or legal guardian creates and controls each child's account. As the parent, you are responsible for your child's use of TotMaiSus and for supervising their learning. Children under 16 do not sign up on their own and do not have their own email login.

Before a child under 16 can use the platform, we require verifiable parental consent, as described in our Children's Privacy Notice. Read the Children's Privacy Notice

To keep TotMaiSus safe and welcoming, you agree not to:

• Share another person's private contact information, or try to move a child's conversations off the platform.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or harm another user.
• Post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Misuse tutor or pupil surfaces to reach a child outside of the platform's supervised, parent-visible tools.

Paid plans and tutoring packages are billed in RON through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account. VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy, which is shown at checkout and in your billing settings. As a consumer you also keep the withdrawal rights the law gives you (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014). Canceling is always as simple as subscribing — we do not use tricks or hidden steps to keep you paying.

Tutors who offer lessons or courses on TotMaiSus agree to additional terms:

• Tutors must pass our manual verification (identity, qualifications and a criminal-record certificate) and accept our child-safety and conduct rules before their first lesson.
• Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. The default revenue split is 70% to the tutor and 30% to the platform, unless a different rate is agreed in writing.
• Tutors may reach pupils only through the platform's supervised, parent-visible tools.
• Tutors are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the content they publish, subject to our content review.

TotMaiSus and its original content, features, and branding belong to HAMMER STUDIO PRODUCTION S.R.L.. Tutors keep ownership of the course content they create and grant us the license we need to host and deliver it to enrolled families. You may use content only for your own family's learning, not to copy, resell, or redistribute it.

Some features use AI. AI can make mistakes, so treat its output as a helpful aid, not a final authority — and never as medical, legal, or professional advice. We do not allow your data to be used to train AI models. See how our AI features handle data

TotMaiSus is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HAMMER STUDIO PRODUCTION S.R.L. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms or puts the safety of a child or another user at risk. When an account is closed, our Privacy Policy explains what happens to the data.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to use the alternative dispute resolution bodies (SAL) and the EU online dispute resolution platform. TotMaiSus is operated by HAMMER STUDIO PRODUCTION S.R.L..

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will let you know and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use TotMaiSus after a change means you accept the updated terms.
